Does Paintball Hurt?

We're not going to lie, it certainly can. We are the only paintball field that offers a smaller paintball, which allows for less impact and a more enjoyable experience. Though of course, it all depends where you get shot, and from how close. Sometimes you don't even feel them. Women get a free vest that covers the torso, as well as kids 16 and under, so it eliminates the tender areas. All our coveralls have built in neck protection for added protection in that sensitive area. We even have disposable cups!

Is Paintball Safe?

Paintball is considered one of the safest sports in the world. If you don't believe us, you can look it up! Statistically more people are hurt playing golf, hockey, bowling, or even sport fishing than paintball. We have a 100% safety record and we intend to keep it that way. We are insured with a maximum liability, and ages 6 and up. (Though we start at 8 years old) - but it shows you how confident our insurance provider is with what we do!

When I rent, what do I get?

You will receive coveralls, which covers all your clothes, a vest for women and kids, a mask and a paintball marker (gun) - and all of our group rates include paintballs.

What is the minimum age to play?

8 years old the day of play for low-impact paintball and 10 years old the day of play for .68 Caliber paintball. Kids play with kids, and adults play with adults.

Does the equipment fit kids?

It sure does! We have many different sizes of customers, and we cater to all of them! XS to 4XL.

Can I bring my own equipment?

You sure can on the days we allow .68Cal paintball! The entry is $20 if you have your own equipmnent, and can be played on Friday evenings and alternating Saturday evenings starting at 6PM. Entry is good for all day air fills. You cannot however, bring in an electronic hopper. You can use a gravity fed hopper from us, or you can purchase one. We want to keep a level playing field for everyone, and this is one of the safety precautions we use.

What if I book for 20, and only 14 show?

If given a booking for 20+ players, and only 14 show, depending on when you call, you may lose out on the deposit you placed for them. We still might be able to accept them, but it's best to make sure that if you book for 20 people, 20 show up! If more show, it's best to contact us ahead of time or during your confirmation phone call you receive 24 hours prior to your booking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit (Visa and Mastercard only) debit, paypal, and interact email transfers. normally.

Do you have rates for non-profit organizations?

We do, please see our rates in the drop down menus.

Do you have corporate discounts?

We sure do! Please see our rates in our drop down menus.

Do you have military or first responder discounts?

We do! We offer our non-profit rate to any first responders, paramedics, active military, fire, and police. This requires valid identification upon checking in. Discount is approximately 25% off (we offer our non-profit rates)

What is your FPS(feet per second) limit?

250fps for equipment owner .68cal and 260fps for our .50cal. We also have a BPS (balls per second) for equipment owners. 10 bps.

Does the paint come out of clothes, or ruin my shoes?

It comes out of clothes, and does not ruin shoes. Paintballs are water soluble! We do have sand floors, and your shoes may get gunky. Always best to bring a old pair of runners.

Do you have any viewing areas?

We do, the viewing area is located in the birthday room. However, they are currently closed to spectators due to Covid-19.

Do you offer CO2 fills?

We no longer refill CO2. We can offer you an HPA tank instead for use on the day of your event if you require one.

Can we bring alcohol?

Absolutely not. We are a family friendly establishment. If we suspect you of having alcohol and or illegal substances in your system on the day of your event, we will ask you and your group to leave. No exceptions and no refunds.

Can we bring our paintballs back?

You sure can! Within 6 months. Any time after that they go bad, and could hurt someone. If you are unsure, you can bring them in and have one of our staff members take a look at it to see if it is still good.

Can we drop off our kids?

Sure, if they are 8 years old, have money and a signed waiver - of course. But they need to book in advance.

Do you offer gift cards?

We sure do!

Do you have lockers?

We sure do, by our rental office and are $2.00 for all day usage. Our rental office is monitored by more than one security camera, and constant staff. But of course, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Are you close to transit?

We have a direct bus route right outside, and we are a 15 minute walk from the skytrain.

Do we need to bring ID?

No, you shouldn't need to. Unless you look young and intend on signing a waiver on site.

Do we need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Anyone under the age of 19 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign off on their waiver. You can find it on the above menu.

Are you open holidays?

We are open on holidays with the exception of Christmas eve and Christmas day. If a holiday falls on a Tuesday we will be closed as normal but, we'll still be open for private bookings.

Can we have a private booking?

You can certainly have a private booking. It costs an additional $20 per player and requires a minimum group size of 10, one of our silver packages, and can not be combined with any other promotion or offer. It can also be done Monday-Thursday, we do not accept private bookings on weekends.

What does 50% off paintballs on Friday mean?

It means any additional paintballs are 50% off. This does not mean our packages are 50% off.

What should we bring?

Shoes, they will get dirty but you can clean them. We do not allow open toed shoes, flip flops or anything close to resembling them. Your feet can get injured without shoes.

Anything else you can wear underneith, as you receive coveralls. Try not to wear too big of clothing, as you will and can overheat.

Do you need to be vaccinated to play paintball?

We are exempt from covid passports.
