  • Does paintball hurt?

  • We're not going to lie, it certainly can. It all depends where you get shot, and from how close. Sometimes you don't even feel them. Women get a free vest that covers the torso, as well as kids under 16, so it eliminates the tender areas. We also offer gloves at no cost, and our coveralls have built in neck protection. We even have disposal cups!

  • Is paintball safe?

  • Paintball is considered one of the safest sports in the world. If you don't believe me, you can look it up. Statistically more people are hurt playing golf, hockey, bowling, or even sport fishing than paintball. We have a 100% safety record and we intend to keep it that way.

  • When I rent, what do I get?

  • You would receive coveralls, which covers all your clothes up to your neck, vest for women and kids, gloves if you want, a mask and a paintball marker (gun) - and all of our group rates include paintballs.

  • What is the minimum age?

  • 10 years old the day of play. Or, we do have the option of ages 9-11 with our Splatmaster games!

  • Does the equipment fit kids?

  • It sure does! We have many different sizes of customers, and we cater to all of them! XS to 4XL.

  • Can I bring my own equipment?

  • You sure can! You would just need to pay for entry and paintballs. Entry is good for all day air fills. You cannot however, bring in an electronic hopper. You can use a gravity fed hopper from us, or you can purchase one. We want to keep a level playing field for everyone, and this is one of the safety precautions we use.

  • What if I book for 20, any only 14 show?

  • If given a group rate for 20+ players, and only 14 show, your rate would drop to the next tiered rate. We can still accept them, but it's best to make sure that if you book for 20 people, 20 show up! If more show, it's best to contact us ahead of time or during your confirmation phone call you receive 24 hours prior to your booking.

  • What forms of payment do you take?

  • We accept cash, credit and debit, paypal, interact email transfer.

  • Do you have rates for non-profit organizations?

  • We can figure something out for you, please email us.

  • Do you have corporate discounts?

  • We sure do! Email us, or check our rates page.

  • Do you have military or student discounts?

  • Not at this time.

  • What is your FPS limit?

  • 250fps.

  • Does the paint come out of clothes, or ruin my shoes?

  • It comes out of clothes, and does not ruin shoes. Paintballs are water soluble! We do have sand floors, and your shoes may get gunky. Always best to bring a old pair of runners.

  • Do you have any viewing areas?

  • We do, the viewing area is located in the birthday room.

  • Do you offer CO2 fills?

  • Yes we do! Though not for playing. We can offer you an HPA tank instead.

  • Can we bring alcohol?

  • No. We do not accept any form of wobbly-pop, Grandpa's old cough medicine. Etc. If you need ID, then you can't bring it. We are a family friendly establishment.

  • Can we bring our paintballs back?

  • You sure can! Within 6 months. Any time after that they go bad, and could hurt someone.

  • Can we drop off our kids?

  • Sure, if they are 11 years old, have money and a signed waiver - of course.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

  • We sure do!

  • What is the difference between your regular and premium paint?

  • Both are good. Though premium is easier to see in flight, breaks on target, and shoots straighter.

  • Do you have lockers?

  • We sure do, in our rental office. Our rental office is monitored by more than one security camera, and constant staff. But of course, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Are you close to transit?

  • We have a direct bus route right outside, and we are a 15 minute walk from the skytrain.

  • Do we need to bring ID?

  • No, you shouldn't need to. Unless you look young and intend on signing a waiver on site.

  • Do we need to sign a waiver?

  • Yes. Anyone under the age of 19 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign off on their waiver. You can print it off from our website and fill it out prior to arrival.

  • Are you open holidays?

  • We are - except Christmas day. And if the holiday falls on a Tuesday (but we'll still be open for private booking)
